The grooming began on a Discord server owned by Roblox employees, where Nolan gave Schlepp moderator privileges and gradually introduced inappropriate conversations about masturbation and graphic content.

Nolan forced Schlepp to watch the Christchurch shooting in full via screen share, threatening to ban him from all platforms and expose his personal information if he refused.

The abuse culminated in a suicide attempt at age 15, after which Schlepp's mother contacted Roblox for help but received only a suicide hotline number and was told 'we can't do anything.'

Nolan was eventually banned from Roblox after another victim reported him, but returned to the platform in 2023 making new games until Schlepp had to expose him again.

Live Demonstration of Predatory Behavior on Roblox

Within 20 seconds of joining Roblox chat games, multiple users immediately asked 'are you freaky?' and attempted to move conversations to private platforms like Snapchat and Discord.

The Buffalo shooter specifically cited Roblox games in his manifesto, stating 'I probably wouldn't be as nationalistic if it weren't for blood and iron on Roblox.'

Users upload frame-by-frame suicide videos, including Ronald McNutt's live-streamed death, and show them to children in LGBTQ-themed games on the platform.

Documented Cases of Child Exploitation and Trafficking

A 10-year-old girl was groomed by a 26-year-old registered sex offender on Roblox, then abducted, bound with a leather belt, and sexually assaulted by five men at a motel.

The assault resulted in pregnancy, and due to the girl weighing less than 90 pounds, the pregnancy was life-threatening, requiring her grandmother to drive her to New Mexico for an abortion.

Six children have gone missing or been found in 2025 after meeting predators on Roblox, including Thomas Medlin, 15, who told friends he was meeting someone from Roblox before disappearing in New York City.

Law firm Gould, Greco, and Hensley represents over 3,000 clients in Roblox and Discord-related abuse cases, with damages including kidnapping, extortion, and child sexual abuse material distribution.

Schlepp's Predator Catching Operations and Roblox's Response
